4God,It appears to me that MT wants a fair playing field.He wants to reward the loyal shareholders.He means shareholders that bought and held for the future.The flippers and the bashers are not in this group.The offer from MT for 02 and 04 cents should reward the long investors.There is no reason to reward those that are jumping in and out.You should suggest to MT that the one and two year period should start from the purchase date of the stock.The longs are reducing the float which is MTs intention.The flippers do not deserve the same offer.
