Having looked at all the available information in the I-BOX on PMCL, how can the pps be over 2 bucks one month and then a penny stock the next? Surely something is wrong 'behind the scenes'. Shorting, even massive dilution wouldn't affect the pps to such an extent that quick, would it?

What's the story here, seems odd?
