Increasecometh,
My main concern with TKO is if MST amounts to 50-75% of TKO`s current cashburn rate and with the new acquisitions, is there still room for MST in TKO`s line up?

I did post about this on Monday or Tuesday, but got no responses and I feel it is quite an important question to have asked.

If we couple this with MST had revenue streams of around $6 million pa when TKO bought them, the 10K doesn`t back this up and along with the large cashburn on TKO by MST, my personal feelings are that MST doesn`t have much shelf life left with the TKO group, I may be wrong, but just logically thinking about it, my above comments appear to make sense to me.

Joe Noel is out on roadshows first week of April and Ron P later in the month, both to Insties.

I am expecting several PR`s over these next few weeks, one quite large if it can be PR`d, so I am happy with TKO, but like everyone else, I would like to see it have a proper move upward and hold it, not drop back down again, it has to base out plus $4`s in my opinion to take it to the next level.

As to 1st quarter, yes, it will be better, but not until 2nd quarter onwards will the results show and most of the revenues will come 2nd half of the year.

TKO are allowed to up their guidance taking into account the 2 new acquisitions, so $25 million plus $9 million for the 2 acquisitions, it should be revised upward to $34 million.

EDS and Homeland Security going exceptionally well, but GE revenue not coming to the fore until 2nd half of 2007 as per the GE PR.

We also still have that white cloud hanging over TKO for a GE buyout.

My other issue is, are TKO grooming Sadle to take over? His past a little bit shaky as I am sure others with long memories will know!!

Hope this helps, have a great weekend!!
