Hi Art,

As a relatively new member to this board and an investor with a substantial stake in this company, I can't help but to be a little skeptical at this point. Maybe I am a little spoiled because of another pink I am invested in (INXR)that has been completely upfront and transparent with it's investors. Having said all of that. Can you explain to me why Mr. Palmer has been so evasive and not forthcoming with information with regards to what, where, why and how the company plans to execute it's mission.
