sounds good in theory (loss limit), but the bad news with stocks that 'channel' is that MM's can use these strategies against investors. Someone puts a stop loss at say 10%, it's possibe that interday trading swings below that and they pick up shares cheap and good bye investment at a loss - or have to chase the stock up because the MM's jack the price up immediatly.
