According to the state of NEVADA corporations website, U MINING Resources is an ACTIVE NEVADA corporation. Whether it was actually incorporated, well all I know is that Umining is on "active" status and has a reserved name corp number. I really could care less what the company PR's - the facts state otherwise. The GLXI PR's are all smoke and mirrors as far as my DD shows. The TRUTH is SPREADING.
