In this second post you imply that Big Apple's "track record" is less than stellar because of:

So what is the negative associated with this individual. He is apparently a securities attorney, certified and practicing law today. Is it because of his occupation that you have some sinister motive applied to him. Please cite detailed information and links to clarify.

2) You allege their history of "pump and issue"... Is that any different that any of a hundred or more IR firms handling pinksheet stocks? What makes their history so infamous? Please cite detailed information and links to clarify.

3) You allege "incompetent Investor Relations" citing a single mistaken issuance of an O/S number in January. Does that constitute incompetence for the entire firm? Could that just have been a miscommunication of information to the IR representatives? Please cite detailed information and links to clarify.
