I don't disagree at all, and I have been around for awhile, too. Just when someone warns it "might be a scam" and says they dumped today, and only quotes 1/2 of the PR, I feel I should say they haven't met the biggest signs of being a scam yet.
Every pink is the same to me. I assume every company might be lying but at least give them an opportunity to meet a deadline first. which is this to me ( I expect it within a week of the date in their statement, before or after):

A more formal update on the various projects and initiatives undertaken by the Company is expected before the end of Q1-2007 (March 31st).
I didn't expect more substance before then. After the first week of April, if someone calls it a scam, I will likely agree.
