*If* this company was a scam, I doubt they'd wait *three* weeks after the "end of February 2007" estimated completion date to post that they had finished the project. If it were a scam they'd probably post it near the beginning of March.
What bothers me though is the lack of detail in the PR, i.e. what was the reason the project was behind schedule, what challenges did they face and lessons learned to apply toward the next project. It would be difficult to make that stuff up and make it sound real. So the fact that it wasn't there bothers me a little. But I'm still holding long and strong!
