The only two questions I would have relate to your claims about the float. I'd like to know why the t/a is gagged and what is the exact number of outstanding shares as of the close today. Because you will likely have to sign a non-disclosure, if you can get an answer about the actual number of outstanding shares it would be a good idea to get it in writing along with explicit permission to disclose the figure here. Nothing complex--a signed handwritten note would do. A non-disclosure also of course renders any info you may glean from the visit somewhat useless for others here.
