Let's put it this way. I'm a company my stock is a nothing issue. An investor comes along and says I would like to be your IR person. Announce that with the right PR and the PPS goes up.

This person then says, I and a group of investors will be buying tons of shares. Announce that with a PR and the PPS goes up.

The company now puts together something, anything PR's other investments. Remember this is pink land. A PR stating in talks, letter of intent, letter of memorandum there are many things that can be said leagally. Announce that and the PPS goes up.

This person then says I'll promote and present your stock on stock promote sites. He just increased the PPS again.
