You really think he didn't get rid of those shares? They be long gone! The O/S are 606+ million with none restricted. You don't engineer another pump and dump with the OSC and SEC investigating! Those shares have been dumped. Now the SEC needs to find out how! My guess is the transfer agent has a great deal of information that the SEC can and will subpeona.
