effective Monday March 26th

TORONTO, March 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - NEW WAVE Mobile Inc. (NWWM:PK)
is pleased to announce it has received notification from the Nasdaq and has
been issued a New SYMBOL and CUSIP.
Armando Russo, President of New Wave Mobile Technologies, Inc. states, all
three changes will take effect on March 26, 2007, at which time the company's
shares will begin trading on the OTC Pink Sheets under the new corporate name
of New Wave Media Inc and New trading symbol, NWWV.
