I used to do some work with them a few years back. They help finance doctors' practices. They have a working relationship with BANY financing Chiropractic USA franchises. Mark Baily (The owner of C4H) and Michael Gelmon are actually friends if I recall correctly. So if C4h also is the financer for this Dental franchise it wouldn't surprise me if BANY acquired it.
