Think all that may have something to do with the fact that Hall wasn't named in the SEC's suit?

I believe that is our Mr. Hall. He also went belly-up just pre-PCBM. I cna't figure out why Turino's future has turned rom a $44K house with a $39K mortgage to a house purchased for $950,000 cash and Hall seems to have stayed poor.
