just write up a letter to her/him and have it notorized saying that they agree to sell the shares at a certain price,that meets your pps.then wire the money to you,no need to transfer anything just a nice babysitting share letter.throw them a few hundred bucks for selling them,plus commission.You get the money,they get their money everybody is happy besides the brokers that don't get any fees for transfering.
