News from Tyche. Guys just got off the phone with Tyche. As I was buying more shares pre IPO at $0.25, I was advised that all transactions had to be completed by 31st March, after that the books are closed.

Reading between the lines, this means trading starts shortly afterwards. They did not disagree, just wouldn´t commit to a date.
