No misunderstanding on my part, Sharma wasn't talking about the phones. Sharma was speaking about the ASNAP technology, as Calypso had already abandoned the idea of manufacturing phones. Licensing the ASNAP technology is not a new strategy, all you have to do is go back and read the posts on this thread last summer by the pumps and touts on this thread.
