I know they didn't "promise" a buyback, but Turek has mentioned it in the past. I am saying that they need to come clean w/ how / what they are going to do to clean up the share structure. I am obviously concerned of a R/S.

Personally, if I was at the shareholders meeting I would not have left until Turek and Co. touched on the subject of share structure.
