i just ordered another 50million vnd from wells fargo for $3659.50 ,with shipping included. they are now saying it could be 6 to 8 weeks now before receiving the vnd. before it was 3 to 4 weeks before receiving the vnd. they will buy back your dong for 18840vnd per u.s. dollar, which is very poor ,it is much better to sell your dong back to the central bank of viet nam at 15500/u.s.dollar.

i asked who buys these vnd from you? they said well, it used to be speculators but now huge purchases are being made by very large technology companies employees. i asked why now does it take longer to get the vnd? they said because it is getting harder for us to get the vnd.

when is wells farge going to open branches in viet nam? they said maybe never. they haven't even thought about it,as far as they knew.
