they could get out of the "corrupt system" by doing an actual buyback until the remaining float is small enough that they could get a supermajority vote and take it private. I guess developing, testing, and starting your own market is easier. Which seems to be a large part of their evolving business model now. (or is it?)
But one of the stated reasons for why they were joined with the panama boys is because the panama boys wanted entry into the US markets. All that was required for admission was some honest auditing. But lo and behold a 180 degree turn.
I wish they would make up their mind, as their strategic shifts has cost us a lot of dough. I wish them the best, because i need a three-bagger just to get even.
Barring the best, i hope they rot in a dungeon down there if this is not on the up-and-up.
