WanaB.. I am saying that when LW filed this statement he was represented by council. This sounds to me like the way it should be done and that it was done with clear deliberation.

" The complaint alleges (I) violations of securities laws and Nevada corporate law by officers, directors, consultants, contractors and shareholders of the Company and (ii) violations by the Company of Securities & Exchange Commission disclosure requirements."

"If the facts don't fit the theory, change the facts."
