The Company is not diluting the stock, this is Cornell Capital recouping money owed them from 2004, they are not selling shares "Intraday", they are only selling at the "End of the day" with blocks of Averaged Price trades, this intraday selling has to be retail investors like us, i have no idea who is selling shares Intraday. But Cornell has to be out of shares today or tomorrow, they have sold 3.5 Mil this month and received 4 mil, so they are almost done and then we should begin to move back up.
