Do you know it happened in that order? Maybe LW filed the complaint and then sought legal advice. From the sound of most peoples thoughts on his intelligence, and his actions, I'd say he's more arrogant and conceited than intelligent. It seems to me that he is trying to get even on a personal basis rather than using his brains. He has how many shares? and he's trying to upset the applecart. Doesn't take too much to put 2 and 2 together here.
