I think you confuse the posters on this board with the market in general. We hope we know a few things in advance, or in more detail than others who don't follow the company, while the market reacts without that kind of attention to nuance and detail, and on more macro results. IF the money raised does go to fund the closing of a new OEM, when that OEM is announced, the price will rise. The difference is timing.

Who is this Time Being, and why are we always doing things for it?
