B_L_S_H, Trump does own shares and it is my understanding the shares were issued because he helped with the financing. If you notice, the debt that was owed has decreased significantly from the 2nd Qtr filing to the 3rd. This company IS profitable and barter credits of 1.5 million are very important as they help offset the low current cash holdings. Also, the debt PPBL does have was carried over from the prior company, not to mention the losses in 2005.
