And while I am on it, when i asked lary about 15c211 this was his initial response

"re 15c they required us only to file with pinks which we dis as we are a one legged pink"

was not clear if he meant after the suspension they filed 15c211 or if this was in reference to original filing referenced on eqbm website

fwiw i did ask for clarification, twice, and still have no answer.

last response from larry for me was the 17th and is as follows

now mind you the week preceding that last known contact there was a lot of emailing back and forth and a hella lot of questions from me to him, I know he was very busy in prep for this week in europe so, I dont expect any answers to those questions until after he returns.
