IMO the reason that the pps is declining is that there is a perception that the company is going to follow the common 'pinkie' RS/uplisting/dilution pattern so familiar to everyone here. However, what if the first 2 phases are as per the norm but the 3rd phase of 'issuing' more shares is accretive not dilutive, ie merging with or buying a revenue producing company. The shares could be in the form of warrents, (not transferable to common shares for 3 years or more) or just plain old preferred shares but equally not counted as O/S. I'm not sure if this has been discussed before, apologies if it has. GLTYA
