CHEF: Whats is up with this on?

Very interesting but veyr brief news item on Yahoo Finance on CHEF.OB

Does anybody have a subscription to Edgar Online who can maybe read the nature of this apparent buyout offer of minority shaeholders. I noticed the first upward price break in ages in this restaurant stock occurred on Friday, but that was only 5,000 shares!
