DRDRE: AMWS acc. to 4/9 formula?

How does it work with this particular stock, American Water Systems, which has been going through a nice tight consolidation period fo a short time here. The story on tis company is very positive right now, what with them selling more and more specialized water beverages... And I expect it WILL almost definitely go higher from here, but my question is can you tell right now where the exact buy point would be according to your formula?
