#1 why didn't Unique Pizza think of the time zone difference when they do open stores in CA. Having the call center in PA hopefully will not have many glitches .

I guess UPZS shouldn't keep the communication between their customers and their call centers as a top priority.
Eventhough, people are so busy with their lives they need to call rather than just walk in the physical store.... which, would then mean bad image & word of mouth of bad experience ..."

Jd...the Call Center is already in a Data Center quality facility...and I guess you failed to read my comments on rolling time zones and how having it in the east is really irrelevant and enhances the staffing economics in the near term.

Not that you may not want redundancy of centers as a next step. But that step is a ways away.
