Checkmate! The Delaware share structure information is correct. Confirmation, in this 10SBQ filing, Bighub was originally a Company known as "Coordinated Healthcare." On Pinksheets.com, it confirms that BHUB was formerly "Coordinated Healthcare." Confirmation that it is in fact the one and same BHUB.
