Look at the Jan 9 press release
This is what it says, and I believe it might be happening now:

today announced that it will launch a comprehensive stock buy-back program during the first half of 2007.
"We have allocated a portion of our 2007 operating budget for this purpose, and will purchase a meaningful and significant number of shares on the open market from time to time as market conditions dictate."

not sure though just my opinion
