Anybody else notice that when PYPR sold 2 billion shares to the foundation for .04 ,they said that the PDR's were Paypro depository receipts.Then the name changed but now the PDR's are called Panamerican depository receipts.Why are they not Panamersa depository receipts?.If you think about it there is a big difference.
