Mooney Aerospace Group, now restructured is moving ahead to take up a leading position in the General Aviation market.
With new investment in hand, Mooney Aerospace Group has announced a partnership with BAE Systems (UK), Kaskol Group (Russia), Venture Industries (USA) and Foxtron Overseas Investments, to add more aircraft to its current line.
Having already committed to the 2 seat Mooney Toxo, Mooney is to add at least 3 aircraft to its product line over the next 3 months.
We believe that the General Aviation industry, at the smaller end is ripe for a major shake-up. The 'old' boys, Piper, Cessna, Raytheon continue producing 40 year old aircraft, while new dynamic companies like Cirrus, with its SR20/22 shot up into 2nd place last year with over 350 deliveries.
Look for major changes/disappearances in this market over the next 12 months, especially at New Piper Aircraft.
