No, that's not it. It has been too quiet since the Tampa articles and the bleeding has stopped of shares. It's too early and not immediately necessary for reduction of Authorized shares. It's something else. And it really smells like change in corporate structure to enable some kind of arrangement with another company, someone bigger. That is what I got from the 10k.(JMO)
This selloff sucks, yes, and the shorts are real happy. But also notice the names that are showing up here. Look closely.
The reason this is disconcerting is that we have seen it so many times before, and who likes to get goosed forever?
But there is the fact that the longer this company is in business, the harder it is to pull down, and 7 years is not your typical penny loser.
Good luck. I am staying in and until Gomez quits, I won't lose any sleep. The sp is going down. And alot of the short termers we saw show up looking for a quick buck are bailing and the buzzards are on the fence post.
If there is a restructuring that includes shares revision, you can be sure it includes some real gorillas backing it up. That's all I can say here.
