That chart does make it look like a good time to buy (or buy back for those of us who sold on the last run). However, at some point there has to be real substantive news to make this one fly for real. It can't perpetually be sustained by hints or rumors of possible news. This can only be supported by fumes for so long, eventually it has to have real fuel to run.
