PLYCF just did two of them in two days. CC's are pretty slick, they have another company handle all the incoming calls. They give everyone a number to call in advance, and you give them your name and basic info.

Then everyone is pretty much put on hold until it starts, and the guys in charge can lecture for a while, give info updates and company status - sort of like a big lecture, where all the callers are put on mute.

Then questions are posed to the moderator, and the company guys select callers to be put 'on the air'. Then they answer them, and everyone gets to listen in. It can do a lot for shareholder confidence to finally hear the CEO and get an idea of what he's all about.
