Then do it taxan. You spiel, anyone else who wants to do ... Quit screaming about, just go for it. Again I wont say a word.

Beside after the 18th the ECN comment will be over and comments to be reviewed will be in.

Then only the Manning Rule and decimalization will be the comment. Hoppefully others will still comment on shorting since even this morning the European market is trying to curve shorting today.

Shorting is out of control and the SEC needs to see that though the comment is over and has been for some time people are still raising sands.

But you guys go ahead and head up the movement and then submit it and implement it. Knock yourself out.
