ff...What you say makes sense, provided the company did not issue any PRS promised for the last month or so. The stock sale did create a base of $.45 cents. So, absent any PRS before the SHM we may see downward pressure which, as some have said, may create new opportunities to buy. Digging deep to add some more if opportunity presents itself...

P.S. COMEDEX has become irrelevant as far as consumer electronics are concerned. It was all corporate sellers and buyers, dealing mainly with security issues...
