Neighbors took a year to have their 6,000 sq ft house built...now they're having a pool built with some landscaping that has taken several additional months...and this is all outside of Austin!!! When I worked for DoD, I saw military construction projects that took years to get completed on American soil!!!

Considering that XKEM is building a pharma factory in Nigeria I would say that progress looks great to me!!!
