Has anyone been able to email PLRO utilizing their IR's email address? I have tried for several weeks with no results. My message just kicks back with an error. I have contacted their IR everyday for several week and notified them of my problem, but they respond by saying "we didnt know their was a problem". If anyone has tried emailing PLRO,successfully or unsuccessfully, please post.
