In the early 90's there were many lawsuits filed by the SEC for collusion (did I spell that right) and many settled for huge money. Since then the sec and nasd has come down hard on sharing any info that could be construed as collusion.
Actually from their standpoint it really is none of your business since they are not required to show size on pinks and OTCBB and on Nasdaq stocks only up to 9,999 shares.
Nice try. Too bad the guy didn't slip up and say. It would have been nice to know
