you have to think whoever hit that bid with 15K shares was a bit shocked when it didn't even budge. and imo it's all retail around .32. even UBSS knows they can get .37. but it's when you see where HDSN, HILL, SALI, GLEN, and all these others are parked on the ask, way up around .51, that it becomes clearer where we're heading, imo.

SPLN at .54, PERT at .58, BEST at a buck... :)
