I appreciate everything that all involved here achieved. And yes, we did achieve a lot. Before the petition was taken down, there were over 3000 signatures, and the # was consistenly growing by 700/800 signatures/day. An amazing statement IMO, even without it going through to fruition. The plug on this wouldn't have bene pulled, if the risk weren't so extreme. It simply isn't worth the risk. If we had simply focused on the changes in the rules/regulations rather than the boycott, things would have worked out differently, but Shac as the owner of the petition has bene bombarded terribly by E-mail, to the point where he just wants nothing to do with it anymore. And I honestly, do not blame him. This is the kind of thing that will quickly make you think twice before you even make a post anymore. As Patsy posted with her last post here, it is a shame that the innocent have to suffer the same consequences as the true criminal, but unfortunately, the laws in our country, don't always protect the ones it should.

Let's continue to be a positive force. Must has been said over the past few days, and some of it has been not so good, and I would rather us try and attack this together and united as one, rather than continuing to drudge up the problems from the past, i.e. pet peeves with each other.
