Since you agree with me in large part, I wonder what moving "forward with their business plan" actually entails.

I heard, though I don't have a copy of the business plan, that getting listed was part of the plan. In order to get listed they will have to get the pps up. That means some of the supply will need to be taken out. How that happens is open for speculation.
