Ken Cook wrote a parody that, for the most part, was really very funny. I was actually LMAO but there were a few posts that violated the TOS. I had implemented a personal policy that was not part of the rules for being director, but rather, did so as a courtesy to the posters on my own. I did this because I hated removing anyone's written word, being a writer myself, AND FULLY APPRECIATING what it means to write something. It took more time to do this but, before I removed a person's post, I would always take the time to slip back to the "regular board" and respond to the "violater" via PM so as their post would not be lost forever. I would then go back to the board manager and "remove" the offensive post.

After removing two, I believe it was only two, posts from the scenario, KC proceeded to reveal my real name and proceeded, IMO, in a somewhat veiled way, to threaten myself and my husband and our family business. I called the St Pete police dep't to file a complaint about potential "cyber-stalking" and that's the end of the story.

I'll never know how he knew who my real identity was, nor that of my husband's. It was, however, alarming to me, considering the previous threats that I had witnessed by this poster. One, in particular comes to mind, referring to new art work on the wall entitled "Grey Matter" by 45 automatic (or something like that).

I might have listened to this poster more seriously if he/she had conducted his/her self more conformingly to the rules of civility; i.e. the IHUB rules. As I and others, might listen more closely to what F&G is saying about SEVU if he would also follow the rules he so rigidly enforced before his "awakening".

It's all about etiquette (sp?) That's it. Nothing more. SH
