HG... they may have an agreement which doesn't have to be PR'd. They may close the deal as soon as the divvy's clear or the deal may be final as soon as the divvy's clear. I don't think that's against the law as far as posting the pr's and keeping us in the dark. That is if there even is a deal..
There are a thousand ways to skin a cat and get away with it. Just need to know how the game is played.
