PDE, to answer a few questions raised by you:

1. "Per the March 12th PR: "In January we retained an accounting firm that is reviewing all of our books and will assist us in organizing our financial documents, all of which will allow NanoLogix to file the appropriate documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission and become a fully reporting company."
This same PR was already released over 1 year ago , to be specific on the SHARON, PA., January 18, 2006: -– NanoLogix, Inc. (Pink Sheets: NNLX - News) today announced that the company will retain the services of a PCAOB registered accounting firm. It is the Company’s intent to become a reporting entity on the NASD Bulletin Board exchange. Once the auditors have completed the necessary audits, the company’s legal counsel, the law firm of Randall S. Goulding & Associates, will prepare and file a 10-SB with the SEC with the intent of switching exchanges. (This PR is , as you noted, 14 month ago)
2. I agree that the proposed spin off was a VERY bad idea and I am happy they did avoid it..thanks, so far, to who ever was responsible for that. Still leaves my question unanswered: What was the compensation before the 50% decrease ?? A 50% decrease is always good, BUT of what, I never even had any information about a substantial management compensation ??
3. Why am I more concerned now than in January/Feb ?
I am not more nor less concerned now, I just did not post anything during that time as I was traveling through Asia during those 2 month and I just have not had the time nor the wish to read or post anything on any message board during that time.!!!
4. Great to hear that you as a shareholder did attend the Las Vegas event. And I , and other shareholders, would appreciate even more if you could give us some update of your talk with Dana Allen. It would be a kind of a stretch for me to fly to Las Vegas, from Europe to check the convention out and get some first hand information.
5. I also support any new managment that tries to protect their and the shareholders vested interest.!!
Last but not least, I would like to ask Mr. Barnhizer, to answer shareholders concerns via e mail and not via a message board. Believe me, that really goes down VERY bad with new , interested future traders, investors, shareholders or whatever we want to call people who risk their money on pink sheet companies. I could give you a few examples of pink companies where the management posted on the message boards. NOT good examples LOL
You want to build trust in a pink company NEVER post on any message board !!!
I really have liked and have had high hopes on NNLX potential, and still hope that all the reasons I had a year ago to get into this company are still valid. Good luck to all.
P.S yes I "only" own 100k shares BUT if I have some questions, would others with 1.5 million shares not have even more??
