You forgot issuing a PR that the company was immediately reducing the A/S to 350 Million down from 500 million. Proven to have never been done and in fact they raised the A/S to 2.02 Billion 20 days after this PR! That is your smoking gun and you have the proof! That is not covered by the safe harbor like some of the others.
